As seen on video, a man identified as 28-year-old Jacob Garcia is jawing at cops as they attempt to force him off an American Airlines flight because he allegedly fondled a woman. He would have none of it, questioning why he was getting kicked off in the first place. He is then tasered by officers multiple times, but still, he apparently kept resisting. A bystander suggested he might be high on a very strong drug.

Miami-Dade Police Sgt. Lazaro Llerena told NBC News that the ruckus started after a man told authorities that his girlfriend was inappropriately touched by Garcia. Crew members asked Garcia to leave, police said, but he refused.
In a statement, American Airlines said they began deplaning the aircraft. The boyfriend and Garcia got into a “physical altercation.” Police soon got involved, and arrested Garcia.
Ohhhhhhhhh, boy, did cops get involved. Three officers can be seen on video physically restraining Garcia in order to handcuff him. He doesn’t seem to be very cooperative.
“What is the reason why you’re removing me from this plane?” says the man identified as Garcia.
“Well, you just assaulted a lady, for one,” says a man from off-camera. “You’re racist, for two.”
Garcia continues to question why he’s being removed, and is apparently squirming. Officers tell him to stop fighting. “Tase him,” someone says, right about when a cop starts pulling out a stun gun.
At least one fellow passenger starts clapping, and Garcia gets tased. It’s not immediately unclear if the stun gun actually struck him because he continues to keep moving, and talking.
“Get the fuck out here,” he says, shoving an officer.
Cops tase him again, now pressing the stun gun directly to his upper back. Fellow passengers wonder aloud as to why he keeps talking.
“I don’t know what he’s on,” a male passenger says, “but it’s strong as shit. Maybe he could’ve taken that big dude.”
Still even after all this, Garcia continues talking and squirming.
“If I have to ask multiple times,” he says, “Why am I being removed–”
Officers tase him again.
Again, he continues to ask why he’s being removed from the plane.
Miami-Dade records obtained by Law&Crime show that on Monday, a judge issued an order for Garcia to stay away from the woman he allegedly groped. No attorney is named, but records show he was appointed a public defender to represent him. He remains locked up in lieu of $6,000 for battery, depriving officer of means of protection or communication, disorderly conduct, resisting officer without violence to his person, and criminal mischief over $200 and under $1,000.
