Four Take Plea Deals in Out-of-Control Fight With Cops (WATCH)

Four people submitted to deals Wednesday for a brawl with two cops. Defendants Alexander Craver, 22, Iszir Price, 22, Angelica Reyes, 20, and Elijah Williams, 20, will only do a restorative justice program in return for acknowledging that prosecutors had enough evidence to attain convictions, according to Fox 40. They must also serve one-year of probation.

This stems from a seven-person fight on April 22’s Picnic Day in Davis, California. Officials say the defendants and another man fought two local, plain-clothes cops in an incident caught on video. The Davis Police Department said that both officers were simply trying to do crowd-control at the event. The alleged victims sustained injuries in the brawl, but witnesses at the time claimed this pair did not announce themselves as cops, and escalated the situation.

The defendants originally faced counts of felony assault and resisting arrest. They claimed they had no idea the alleged victims were cops. A fifth person, 21-year-old Antwoine Rashadek Perry, was also charged.
