Police in Oakland, California shot a gunman after a bizarre standoff, CBS San Francisco reports.
Officials got a report about an apparent sniper Friday, and helicopter video reportedly caught the gunman shooting out of a home’s window. The suspect left the house, and spray-painted apparent eyes on a neighbor’s garage doors.
