Officers arrested a Houston woman after they found her car running and the windows open — with a 2-year-old boy alone in the front seat. Not only that, a bong, a device commonly used for smoking marijuana, was in the car and he was licking it, The Houston Chronicle reported.
It was unclear whether Teliscia Davis was the boy’s mother, but a criminal complaint alleged that she did not volunteer to get the child medical attention.
The incident occurred on Friday, and Davis was released from custody on Saturday after posting bond. She is scheduled to appear in court on Monday.
