Accused Murder Repeatedly Yells at Top of Lungs in Bizarre Court Appearance (WATCH)

An accused of killer’s first court appearance took a bizarre turn on Sunday. Damon Kemp, 19, was rolled into court in a wheelchair. The defendant yelled multiple times, apparently screaming out “God.”

It was a short, bizarre appearance. Kemp suddenly turned quiet. The judge declined to offer him bond. Kemp was rolled out of court. This time, he was silent.

Police say that he fatally shot Trey Ingraham and Jordan Paden at an apartment in Daytona Beach, Florida.

In a press conference Saturday, Police Chief Craig Capri complained about neighbors not reporting gunshots heard on Thursday. Cops reportedly only found the bodies on Friday.

Police weren’t identifying the suspected shooter and the victims at the time. Capri described them as “acquaintances” and “quasi-roommates.”

At Sunday’s court appearance, one of Ingraham’s loved ones called out to Kemp.

“Trey fed you,” she said, tearing up. She was eventually led out of the courtroom, courtroom.

Volusia County Jail records obtained by Law&Crime show that Kemp remains locked up without bond on two counts of second-degree felony murder with a firearm.
