Officer Charged for Allegedly Posting Nude Pics of Fellow Female Cop

A Georgia cop found herself on the other side of a jail cell after she allegedly stole and posted nude photos of another female officer. Audrey Francisquini was accused of hacking the other woman’s social media and accessing the compromising pictures on her phone, and then uploading them using the other officer’s Instagram and Snapchat accounts. When the woman, whose identity is being kept anonymous, learned about the pictures being online from friends, she alerted authorities.

According to a police report, Francisquini sent the other officer messages after she posted the images, cursing at her and saying she was “going to learn,” WSB reported.

Georgia has a strict “revenge porn” law that prohibits unauthorized publishing of sexual images, and Francisquini ended up in jail for three days before posting bond. In a statement, the DeKalb County police said:

As soon as the department was notified of the allegations the officer was immediately placed on administrative leave. The criminal investigation led to three charges. She remains on administrative leave pending the outcome of the internal investigation.
