On Monday, Judge Mary Staley Clark will announce the sentence for Justin Ross Harris, who was convicted of murdering his 22-month-old son Cooper by intentionally leaving him in a hot car while he went to work. The trial, which lasted for several weeks, drew national attention and varying opinions over whether Harris meant to kill his son. A jury decided that Harris did intentionally kill Cooper, declaring him guilty of malice murder on November 14. The sentencing is expected to begin at 1:30pm ET, and you can watch it live when it happens, in the player above.
Besides murder, Harris was convicted of cruelty to charges related to soliciting and sending sexual images to a minor.
Harris faces a minimum sentence of life in prison with parole in 31 years, and a maximum of life with no parole plus an additional 42 years.
