A woman who used to work at an assisted care facility in Sandusky, Ohio was arrested after video allegedly showed her performing lewd acts in front of a 100-year-old resident, WJW reported. The video appears to show Brittany Fultz flashing the elderly man, straddling his leg, and grinding her body against his thighs.
“It’s disturbing,” Detective Anthony Bath told the local television station. “She is touching him. This was not something he wanted.” Police say the man could not defend himself from the harassment because he has dementia.
The footage was taken by another former employee who recorded the acts on a cell phone. The incident took place months ago, Det. Bath said, but the video was only recently turned over to authorities. Fultz is currently facing a charge of gross sexual imposition, but more charges could be added.
