Dalia Dippolito, the Florida woman convicted of planning a murder-for-hire plot against her husband, will return to the courtroom Thursday morning. Her attorneys are are asking Judge Glenn Kelley to allow Dippolito to post a $25,000 appellate bond so she can get out of jail while her conviction is on appeal.
