This story sounds like a kind of thing cut from a movie for being too unrealistic: An Arizona woman was arrested Monday morning for a DUI on the way to her wedding.
Here’s a picture of the arrest, posted by Marana Police Department Public Information Officer Sgt. Chriswell Scott:

Sgt. Scott told Law&Crime that the 32-year-old bride caused a three-vehicle crash at an intersection in the city of Marana. An occupant in one of the other vehicles sustained minor, non-life threatening injuries, and was sent to a hospital, Scott said. Police at the scene saw that the bride showed signs and symptoms of impairment. They performed a field test, and determined she was under the influence of either alcohol or drugs, Scott said. The bride was arrested, then later released after she submitted to a blood draw and signed a criminal citation, agreeing to show up in court. Police believe she caused the crash.
The bride could not be reached for comment as of press time.
