Harvey Weinstein was slapped in the face by a patron at a restaurant last night. Back-handed. Twice.
The incident occurred just as the alleged rapist and disgraced movie mogul was leaving Elements in Scottsdale, Arizona–seemingly with a friend.
As Weinstein makes an attempt to leave, he notices that he’s being filmed by someone else in the restaurant. In response, Weinstein and his friend complain about being on camera. His friend even makes something of an effort to block the filming–but doesn’t succeed.
Weinstein’s whinging prompts another patron to slap him twice in the face. The assailant then says, “You’re a piece of shit. Fucking with those women. Get the fuck out of here.”
He does.
According to TMZ, who broke the story, Weinstein declined to call the police.
