A hearing began yesterday in Las Vegas involving Steve Wynn, casino mogul, and his ex-wife. Elaine Wynn is suing her ex-husband to gain control of her stock in Wynn Resorts. She blames her ex-husband and others for her not being re-nominated to be a board member because she questioned the company activities.
Elaine Wynn’s lawyers say their client reported to the company bad acts by her ex-husband and others.
