Former DeKalb County police officer Robert Olsen says he was being attacked by Air Force veteran Anthony Hill when he shot and killed him.
Olsen is asking a judge to dismiss charges saying he acted in self defense. Hill was unarmed and naked when Olsen encountered him. Olsen took the stand Monday and said he was in fear for his life.
Anthony Hill’s family says he was dealing with post-traumatic stress disorder at the time of his death.
