Former USA Gymnastics doctor Larry Nassar faces 15 first-degree criminal sexual conduct charges in Ingham County and seven in Eaton County.
A plea hearing has been set for Wednesday in Ingham County.
Nassar is expected to plead guilty today to one of the state sexual assault cases.
