‘Now It’s Gone Too Far’: Stormy Daniels Rejects Cohen Offer to Tear Up NDA (WATCH)

Michael Cohen recently said he no longer has interest in fighting over the nondisclosure agreement he arranged with Stormy Daniels to keep her quiet regarding an affair she claims she had with Donald Trump. Cohen, who is struggling with legal fees from both the ongoing civil case over the agreement as well as his recent criminal case, offered to forget about the NDA and let Daniels off the hook. Daniels, on the other hand, isn’t so forgiving, and said Wednesday on The View that she is not inclined to just let bygones be bygones.

She said her first reaction was joy, but that faded once she remembered all that had come before.

“Oh, now you want to make this offer?” she said, recalling that she had previously offered to return the $130,000 she received in order for Cohen and Trump to let her out of the agreement.

“Now it’s gone too far,” Daniels said, with her lawyer Michael Avenatti sitting alongside her. She noted how hurt she was by allegations that she lied about the whole thing. Besides her legal battle over the hush agreement, Daniels is suing both Cohen and Trump for defamation, over statements they made regarding her allegations. The case against Trump is based on his reaction to her previous appearance on The View, where she and Avenatti revealed a forensic sketch of a man who allegedly threatened her to keep her from talking about Trump. The president called the sketch a “conjob,” saying the man did not exist.

Avenatti is also looking forward to continuing the case against Cohen and Trump, particularly for the potential opportunity to bring them in for depositions.

“I think it’s going to be very, very damaging to Michael Cohen and Donald Trump, and they’re doing everything they can to avoid that situation,” Avenatti said.

Daniels admitted that she hasn’t been respecting the NDA anyway. On that same theme, she also announced that she is releasing a book on October 2 titled Full Disclosure, which does not focus entirely on her experiences with Trump, but she said she does include details of their alleged encounters.
