Michael Avenatti Wants to ID Man in Black Who Showed Up at His Office on Sunday

Stormy Daniels‘ attorney Michael Avenatti posted a photo of a man in all black as he walked away, presumably, from Avenatti’s law firm.

Avenatti is asking people to contact the Newport Beach police department if they know anything about an unidentified man who made an unexpected appearance  at his California office on Sunday.

“We are trying to identify the man in this picture, which was taken outside my office yesterday (Sun) afternoon. Please contact @NewportBeachPD if you have any details or observed him,” he said. “We will NOT be intimidated into stopping or changing our course. #Basta”

It’s not clear at this time if there was a serious threat, but Avenatti hinted in his tweet this may have been an intimidation attempt. Law&Crime has reached out to Avenatti for additional comment. He said that he couldn’t go into further details at this time.

Avenatti’s client Daniels has said in the past said she has been threatened by a strange man. They even released a sketch. Daniels said that in 2011, around the time she had given an interview to InTouch Magazine about an alleged affair with Donald Trump, an unknown man threatened her to leave Trump alone. She had a police sketch artist make a drawing of the man based on her description.

At the time, Avenatti asked the public to send relevant information about the suspect to [email protected] to be eligible for a $100,000 reward.

Recently, Daniels was arrested in Ohio at a strip club she was performing at. Not only did police apologize for the arrest, a whistleblower also came forward to say it was a setup.
