On Friday, a judge in West Palm Beach, Florida, held a hearing in the case of Dalia Dippolito. You can watch the proceedings when they go live in the video above. Dippolito filed a motion on Monday to be released from house arrest. She’s been under house arrest for about seven years since she was arrested for allegedly soliciting the murder of her husband. In December, Dippolito’s second trial ended in a hung jury, and she is expected to be re-tried this spring. Dippolito was arrested after the Boynton Beach police captured undercover video of her allegedly hiring a hitman to kill her husband. The judge will also be discussing a potential change of venue during today’s hearing.
