Things got heated in a DeKalb County, Georgia courtroom on Friday before a bond hearing in the shooting death of 3-year-old boy even began.
Video obtained by WSB-TV — the news outlet had a reporter on scene as well — showed the mother, Rashonda Craig, and father, Jamel Diggs, of 3-year-old T’Rhigi Diggs being hauled out of the courtroom. The child was shot and killed on Easter Sunday while he was riding past a gas station in his mother’s car.
Police said it was a drive-by shooting they believe was retaliation for a paintball shooting.

15-year-old Chris Cullins was consequently arrested and charged with murder. It was at Cullins’ bond hearing today that Craig took exception to something one of Cullins’ relatives was doing.
According to reporter Tyisha Fernandes, a relative laughed.

“What’s funny? My baby is dead!” she yelled.

That’s when court officers stepped in and escorted the grieving parents out of the courtroom.
Eventually, the victim’s parents did return to the courtroom but not before those who weren’t present for the Cullins hearing were asked to leave.
Cullins, although a juvenile, has been named because he has been charged as an adult.
