Indiana State Police think an unidentified man participated in the murders of 13-year-old Abigail J. Williams and 14-year-old Liberty Rose Lynn German. They’re handing out a photograph in case anyone can give information on the case.
“The photo appears to depict a white male wearing blue jeans, a blue coat/jacket, and a hoodie,” they said in a statement published Sunday. You can see the image above. It was already getting passed around, but authorities had only wanted to speak to the man about what he might have seen. Now they want him in cuffs.
“Citizens can provide information about this case by calling the Delphi Murder Tip Line at 844-459-5786,” police said. “Information can be reported anonymously.”
Abigail’s and Liberty’s families reported them missing on Monday, and they were found dead in a wooded area the next day near the Delphi Historic Trail, near the city of Delphi.
“Also, if you were parked at High Bridge Trail Head on February 13, 2017 between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. we would like to talk to you,” police said in a previous statement.
