‘Cash Me Outside’ Girl Pleads Guilty to Grand Theft, Marijuana

Danielle Bregoli, the girl who charmed and infuriated her way to viral fortune and fame for uttering the phrase “Cash me outside” on a “Dr. Phil” episode pleaded guilty this morning to multiple charges.

Bregoli and her mother appeared at the South County Courthouse in Delray Beach, Florida where the 14-year-old superstar admitted to filing a false report, grand theft and possession of marijuana.

The charges stem from behavior prior to her meteoric rise. That same behavior was the motivating factor behind her original appearance on “Dr. Phil,” where Bregoli first catapulted herself into the national consciousness after taunting the talk show’s audience by calling them “hoes” and telling them to find her outside if they had a problem.

A second appearance on the show solidified the teen’s status as an internet-grown icon of defiance.

Bregoli had been facing multiple felonies and misdemeanors as well as the prospect of being caught in the middle of custody battle between her parents, but the state dropped many of the charges while delaying the custody hearing sought by her father.

She’s due to be sentenced next month.
