Tensing is charged in connection with the shooting death of motorist Sam DuBose during a traffic stop near the University of Cincinnati campus in July 2015.
Jurors continued deliberations on Thursday and sent a request to the court late in the afternoon asking for transcripts of the testimony from the experts who testified about police use of force. The court held a brief hearing at the end of day and the judge stated the transcripts would be prepared overnight and provided to jurors on Friday morning when deliberations will resume at 8:00 a.m.
