Donovan Richardson is facing the death penalty in connection with a 2014 double homicide in Wake County, NC.
Richardson was one of three men charged with the shooting and killing of David McKoy and Arthur Brown.
Prosecutors say Richardson along with Gregory Crawford and Kevin Britt conspired to rob the victims. Brown and McKoy were fatally shot in Brown’s home.
