Bo Dukes stands trial in Wilcox County, Georgia for allegedly helping hide the body of his former high school teacher Tara Grinstead. Prosecutors say Ryan Alexander Duke (no relation) committed the actual murder. He will be tried separately.

The 2005 disappearance and apparent murder of Grinstead went unsolved for over a decade, authorities said. Duke was arrested February 2017, and Dukes the following March. The two men were both former students of the victim.
Dukes is charged with making a false statement, hindering the apprehension of a criminal, and concealing the death of another. He’ll face more legal problems even if he does win an acquittal in his case.
Federal prosecutors said last year that he failed to pay restitution and do community service for his 2013 conviction for stealing from the U.S. Army. A judge gave him 45 days to turn himself in for a six-month sentence behind bars. Things escalated in January. Cops in Warner Robins, Georgia sought him for holding two women hostage. U.S. Marshals soon captured him.
US Marshals are now on the hunt for accused rapist and kidnapper Bo Dukes . He is also a charged in the #taragrinstead murder case .
