This morning, the trial is on break for two days due to Hurricane Matthew which is expected to hit near Brunswick, Georgia. So instead, LawNewz.com will be replaying key moments from the trial so far and providing legal analysis with our experts.

 As far as what’s happened so far? In day 3, the jurors viewed the gruesome crime scene pictures of 22-month old Cooper who was found dead inside an SUV. The boy’s father, Justin Ross Harris, is facing eight charges, including malice murder, felony murder and child cruelty. He is also facing charges for allegedly sexting underage girls on the day his son was left to die in the parking lot of the Home Depot Corporate Headquarters in Cobb County, Georgia.
