Jury selection is currently taking place for the murder trial of Justin Ross Harris. Harris is accused of intentionally leaving his 22-month-old son Cooper in a hot car, where the child died while Harris was at work. The case is being tried in Brunswick, Georgia, after attorneys failed to select an impartial jury in local Cobb County.

Judge Mary Staley Clark is looking for between 42 and 50 people to make up the jury pool, before it gets narrowed down to a 12-person jury plus four alternates. So far, 29 people have been approved. The trial is scheduled to begin on October 3.
