Students Allegedly Make Illegal Nude Video of School Administrator Inside Locker Room (UPDATE)

A group of high school teens from California is facing serious accusations after a nude video circulated of a school administrator that was reportedly illegally recorded inside a locker room facility at a private club.

KPIX5 News in San Francisco reports at least five students from the Clayton Valley Charter High School are accused of participating in the plot Monday that involved taking an illegal nude video of the high school administrator while he was changing inside a private club’s locker room.  There is a still photo from the video that was then uploaded to social media and quickly spread around, reportedly by students of the administrator’s school.

The video reportedly shows a Clayton Valley Charter High School executive who was in an off-campus, private club when the nude video was taken.

Despite the seriousness of the allegations, parents of students at Clayton Charter High School stood outside and complained to the news camera about a supposed lack of information from school officials.  One parent even seemed too be in disbelief and suggested her child was being singled out.

“You cannot tell me out of all the kids here at school, only five sent it to somebody,” the parent told the reporter. Another student suggested they were worried about their “rights as students” being violated.

However, there is no official word on the fate of the students allegedly involved in the making of the video.

The school’s Operations Director, Alison Bacigalupo, released a statement saying the school “takes disciplinary issues seriously” but they had a policy to “never comment publicly on any specific matter related to our students.”  She also called on the media to “respect the privacy of our students and to recognize that discipline is always confidential.”

Perhaps the student’s should have respected the privacy of the administrator.

LawNewz attempted to contact the local sheriff and the district attorney’s office for comment and a sheriff’s spokesman said the department will be releasing a full press statement later on Tuesday.
