D.C. Fire and EMS Battalion Chief Edward Smith told local FOX 5 that the substance was simply baby powder. The Obama family lives in the same neighborhood as the office.
This comes just one day after Donald Trump Jr.‘s wife Vanessa Trump received a letter at her apartment that also contained white powder. Mrs. Trump called 911 and went to a local hospital to be safe, but the powder was determined to be corn starch.
