The New York City Police Department (NYPD) detective who complained about having his female sergeant’s allegedly dirty panties stuffed into his mouth earlier this month was previously photographed wearing a fake penis while standing next to the smiling sergeant in question.
In an image obtained by the New York Post, NYPD Detective Victor Falcon can be seen gripping the false bit of male anatomy through the fly of his pants as he stands next to Sergeant Ann Marie Guerra.
Falcon recently filed an official complaint with the NYPD’s Equal Employment Opportunity Office (EEOC) which purported to detail several offensive incidents involving Guerra. Notably, Falcon’s various accusations against Guerra included at least one mention of a fake penis employed by the sergeant.
Falcon alleges in the complaint:
Sgt. Guerra stated that she used a dildo on her husband during intercourse.
It’s unclear what impact, if any, the photo showing Falcon with a dildo of his own will have on the detective’s ongoing case against Guerra. At the time the picture was taken, Falcon was dressed as a “flasher” and Guerra was dressed as a “sexy Roman soldier,” for a Halloween-themed booze cruise, according to the Post.
Both officers were also apparently friends at the time of the Halloween party–back when there was no supervisor-employee relationship between the two at Brooklyn’s 72nd Precinct.
“They were really good friends back when they were cops together,” a law enforcement source said. “They worked close together, bot not in any romantic way.”
The two friends eventually parted ways once Guerra took a job at a precinct in Staten Island. She later returned to her old precinct–but not before she had leveled up to the rank of sergeant. Gone was Guerra’s institutional parity with Falcon. Instead, the new version of Guerra became the Detective Squad’s second-in-command–and Falcon’s supervising officer.
The entirety of Falcon’s EEOC complaint paints a picture of Guerra as a crude and somewhat sexually-obsessed boss–who allegedly mistreats her own employees.
Aside from allegations that Guerra is obsessed with the size of her male coworkers’ and underlings’ penis sizes, Falcon also claims that Guerra has slighted him on issues such as shift-change requests and overtime pay. The heart of Falcon’s complaint, however, is the headline-generating allegation that Guerra shoved her soiled panties into his mouth.
According to the EEOC filing, Falcon complained out loud about Guerra’s habit of leaving her underwear laying around the 72nd Precinct’s unisex dressing room. Guerra apparently didn’t appreciate being called out by her subordinate and rushed over to shove a pair of her underwear in Falcon’s face.
Guerra, however, disputes that the panties were dirty. At the time of the incident, she yelled, “They are fucking clean.” An anonymous NYPD source also disputed Falcon’s assertion that Guerra intended to stuff them into Falcon’s open mouth–though they apparently did end up there.
“She just put [her panties] up to his nose,” the source said told the New York Daily News.
Whether clean or dirty, intentionally in the mouth or not, the NYPD confirmed on Tuesday that an internal investigation into Guerra’s behavior is currently being conducted.
But Guerra appears to be taking it all in stride.
According to the Post, when Guerra signed in on Tuesday, she jokingly told a friend, “I’m going to have to sell my panties to pay for my lawyer fees.”
