The sentencing hearing for Johnthony Walker is underway in the Chattanooga, Tennessee area. Johnthony Walker was convicted of criminally negligent homicide of killing six elementary school children on November 21, 2016. Investigators believe that Walker, the bus driver, was going too fast, and was distracted on the phone during the tragic accident.
