The man suspected in a series of fatal shootings in Seminole Heights will have his first court appearance Thursday morning.

Howell Donaldson was arrested on Tuesday after a 51 day manhunt. He is charged with four counts of murder. Four citizens, seemingly unconnected, were fatally shot between October 9 and November 14.

Mayor Bob Buckhorn said he was proud of his city, which “has now spent the last 51 days dealing with a serial killer.”
