Emanuel Samson is charged with criminal homicide in the death of Melanie Crow. Police say Samson fatally shot Crow and injured seven others when he opened fire at the Burnette Chapel Church of Christ in September.
In today’s preliminary hearing prosecutors are expected to review the case.
