Dylan Adams, one of three men charged in the murder of nursing student Holly Bobo, is due in court today.

Adams’ appearance comes as Judge C. Creed McGinley gave prosecutors and defense attorneys a Monday deadline to reach an agreement on a plea deal that would allow Adams to avoid a trial.

Bobo disappeared from her Parsons, Tennessee home in April 2011. Adams is currently charged with kidnapping, raping and killing the nursing student when she was 20-years-old.

Adams is widely anticipated to plead guilty today.
