The owner of a dog named Hef with an Instagram account that says he is a “victim of sexual abuse” and adds the hashtags “#me2 #playboydog #bitchmagnet” is suing an Instagram model for “steal[ing] and post[ing] … private videos after she was warned not to” showing herself and the handsy dog doing a dance of sorts.
Tony Toutoni, whose Instagram with 1.5 million followers reads “I made a lot of money so I can carelessly enjoy my life while pissing everyone off,” has apparently filed a lawsuit against Instagram model Deyana Mounira for sharing a video of his dog Hef in a rather excited state.
Toutoni (aka lunatic_living) says he’s a joker but that this is no laughing matter.
I can’t believe This thirsty girl used my dog @hefthebeverlyhillshound to gain followers. #poordog #me2 #sexualHarassment #ifthedogcouldtalk #famewithshame #hoelife #zeroshame #nutjobwithbuttjob #toobadicantreleasethesextape anyone who knows me knows Im a joker and love a great laugh especially to those who degrade themselves but to steal and post my private videos after she was warned not to is the reason she is being sued… now she is making up anything she can to turn the script to get publicity, good news is I have 36 cameras, 11 witnesses and a team of lawyers who win every case.
TMZ says that attorney Ardy Pirnia filed suit against Mounira on behalf of Toutoni for fraud and emotional distress amounting to damages of $1.5 million. The gossip site says the model allegedly “began sensually playing with Hef; arousing Hef by playing with his genitals and masturbating him.”
Toutoni said he warned Mounira not to post the video publicly, but that she did so anyway.
There is a video on her Instgram.
“Puppy love🐾 took over my photo shoot & the photographer kept telling his dog to jump on me,” she wrote there two weeks ago.

Newsweek reported that Toutoni wrote the following on Instagram and provided a hyperlink.
“I asked her nicely not to post the video of her engaging in bestiality with the dog as I find this behavior disgusting and wanted no part of it,” he reportedly said. “These ‘insta models/hos’ need to learn to be respectful. They think they can get away with anything because desperate guys kiss their ass.”
The hyperlink supposedly leading to these remarks is now broken and leads to “page not found.”
Mounira responded on Sunday to the lawsuit with another video and a lengthy post accusing Toutoni of defaming her.
She alleged that Toutoni harassed her verbally and sexually, grabbed her inappropriately and “provoked his dog to hump me & told me to allow it.”
“This video has Tony’s voice telling me to allow his dog to take these actions and says, ‘let him do it, ‘fuck her,'” she writes. “I felt vulnerable in this situation & tried to get myself out of this environment as best as I could because I genuinely feared for my own safety and well-being.”
She said she was afraid Toutoni would share the videos and humiliate her publicly so she preempted that by posting the video on her Instagram “as a comedy video.”
She said posting a video with audio of him egging on the dog was because Toutoni forced her hand “by further publicly defaming my reputation on TMZ.”
“No one should be subjected to this treatment in any industry. I sincerely hope that the public take note of this situation and understand that I seek to expose predators like him,” she wrote.
Law&Crime reached out to The Pirnia Law Group, Toutoni and Mounira for comment, but none have responded.
