Dimitrios Pagourtzis, 17, is set to appear in court for arraignment.
Pagourtzis was arrested Friday following a mass shooting at Santa Fe High School in Texas. He is being held on capital murder charges, and aggravated assault of a police officer. At least, nine students and one teacher were killed, and ten others, including a cop, were wounded. Pagourtzis allegedly brought a shotgun and a .38 revolver to school and began shooting shortly after classes began Friday morning.

The investigation is ongoing, led by the FBI and local agencies.
Pagourtzis obtained the shotgun and .38 revolver from his father, said Texas Gov. Greg Abbott in a press conference on Friday. These firearms were legally owned. The suspect did not have a criminal record. Abbott said Pagourtzis posted an image of a t-shirt, which read “Born to Kill,” on Facebook, but apparent criminal warning signs were otherwise scant.
“Unlike Parkland, unlike Sutherland Springs, there were not those types of warning signs,” he said, according to The New York Times. “We have what are often categorized as red-flag warnings, and here, the red-flag warnings were either nonexistent or very imperceptible.”
Investigators have yet to suggest a motive. The victims of the mass shooting have yet to be identified.
