WATCH LIVE: President Obama to Announce Supreme Court Nominee

President Barack Obama is set to announce his pick for U.S. Supreme Court nominee. He is scheduled to make the announcement at 11 at the White House Rose Garden.  Over the weekend, sources told Reuters that Obama had narrowed down his choices to: Sri Srinivasan, Merrick Garland and Paul Watford. They are all federal judges. Senate Republicans have pledged to stall any nomination until after the 2016 election.
