Warning: this video is graphic and disturbing.

A shirtless father and son from Abilene, Texas were filmed shooting and killing their neighbor in an alleyway after the three men argued over a dumped mattress — and it all happened in front of the victim’s fiancée.

Johnnie Miller, 67, and Michael Miller, 31, have been arrested and charged with first-degree murder after killing their neighbor on September 1.

Kara Box, the woman who filmed the video can be heard speaking throughout, was 37-year-old Aaron Howard‘s fiancée. She actually shared this extremely graphic video with local news outlet KTXS, she said, because she wanted the truth of what happened to be known.

“People deserve to know what actually happened and you know they deserve to know John and Michael Miller are murderers,”  she said. “[They] deserve to spend [their] lives in prison.”

The younger Miller appears to be armed with a shotgun, the older Miller can be seen with a pistol, and Howard was reportedly armed with a bat.

This is the kind of video that needs to be watched in full to understand how bad it is, but viewer discretion is strongly advised. For a moment, Howard’s lifeless, bloodied body is visible. There is a lot of screaming and the immediate aftermath of the shooting is tough to listen to.

What you need to know is that this all happened because of an argument over trash.

Howard was apparently enraged that the neighbors had pulled guns in front of his kids and said multiple times that he would kill them for it, even though he was not armed like they were.

“If you’re gonna show this video to the cops, you might as well stop yelling that you’re gonna kill us,” Michael Miller replied.

A stand-off ensued. Howard dared the Millers to point the gun at him again and they told him to back off or else they’d shoot.

“You better quit threatening,” Michael Miller says.

Then both sides hurl slurs at each other.

“If you come within three foot of me, I’m gonna kill you,” Johnnie Miller adds.

“You’re not going to shoot my husband,” Box interjected.

Moments later, that’s exactly what happened.

The Millers were charged with first-degree murder but are out on $25,000 bond, KTXS reported.
