A man in Virginia had a fleshy episode of road rage yesterday.
Fairfax County Police arrested the culprit after he stripped naked–apparently in response to crashing his own car while traveling southbound on Route 28.
The birthday-suited freeway stuntman was allegedly involved in a three car hit-and-run incident at or around 3:30 p.m.
Police say the post-crash theatrics went a little something like this:
(1) the man exited his car; (2) then assaulted or battered another driver involved in the collision; (3) next, he stripped down to below the bare minimum; and then (4) jumped onto a truck that just happened to be passing by–causing even more damage in the process–and then he finally fled the scene.
Later that afternoon, the as-yet-unidentified man was found and arrested at Dulles International Airport–which straddles both Loudoun and Fairfax counties in Virginia.
In sum, three law enforcement agencies took part in the nude man hunt: the Virginia State Police, the Metropolitan Washington Airport Authority, and the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office.
According to police, the man was then taken to a nearby hospital for evaluation of non-life-threatening injuries.
He faces multiple charges for his actions before and after the naked escapade on the freeway.
No other people were injured during the crash or the alleged assault.
According to police, new information is slated to be released sometime today and this post will be updated if and when such information is provided.
