Police say that video out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin shows a 16-year-old student laying out his teacher. The incident happened Tuesday, and the teen faces a possible battery charge, according to The Delaware News Journal.
The outlet says another student recorded the incident. Video shows the teen arguing with the teacher during class. The teacher tries to approach the student, but the teen pushes him back. More arguing, then the student swings at the man with a right, then a left, knocking him down.
“Damn!” said another student.
The suspect can be seen performing a brief ground-and-pound before stopping, and standing over the teacher.
Cops said that the Milwaukee County District Attorney will review the case for a possible charge of battery of a public official, according to the News Journal.
LawNewz.com could not reached the student, who was not publicly identified, for comment.
