REPORT: Cops Investigating Guard Who Appeared to Masturbate on Football Field

A security guard at the San Diego Chargers game on Sunday should have realized that in a stadium that seats more than 70,000 people, someone would notice his hand moving suspiciously in his pocket while he stood near cheerleaders on the field.

WARNING: VIDEO IS GRAPHIC

Video of the activity went viral the next day, and according to TMZ, the guard has already been fired by Elite Security, and could be in trouble with the law. San Diego police told the gossip site that there is an open investigation into the guard.

While the man didn’t actually expose himself, he certainly appears to be masturbating. California Penal Law Section 647(a) prohibits “lewd or dissolute conduct in any public place or in any place open to the public or exposed to public view.” Maybe he just had an itch, but that video definitely doesn’t look good.
