Here is What Could Happen Next for Bill Cosby

cosby arrestEntertainer Bill Cosby, who is facing Pennsylvania assault charges, has a long road ahead of him. On Wednesday, a judge denied his motion to have his case dismissed. Cosby’s attorney said a non-prosecution agreement with a former DA prevented the case from moving forward. But, the judge didn’t seem to put much weight into former Montgomery County District Attorney Bruce Castor’s ¬†testimony. Castor said he decided not to prosecute in 2005 because he didn’t believe there was enough evidence, and Andrew Constand, the alleged victim, lost credibility. Constand says Cosby drugged and raped her. Cosby is scheduled for a March 8¬†preliminary hearing.’s Editor-at-Large Beth Karas tells us about some courtroom surprises, and what will happen next in the Cosby’s case.
